End it / whispers / Kill Card / Super reg at Kings
On Tuesday the 13th of January I took my healing back and cameras to Kings to shoot this show. I am so glad I did. The crowd was amazing and NCHC scene was in full stupid mode!
Check out the shots here! - as always credit the bands and credit the photographer if you use these online.
This was an awesome hardcore show at Kings in Raleigh, NC. Baltimore heavyweights End It headlined. They were supported by Whispers, who came all the way from Thailand and absolutely destroyed! Incredible band to see live, absolutely blown away. Then Kill Card came in with their beatdown style and crew from Fayetville to turn the pit into a warzone. Super Reg claimed to be the softest of the bands for the night, but trust me, they are far from soft. They brought it hard and repped the area very well.
The only thing that sucked for me was that I was two weeks out from surgery and I just couldn't muscle it through to get shots of End It. This really bums me out and then the lighting kind threw me off as it was my first show I have shot at Kings. From a music and crowd perspective it was fucking awesome. For me as a photographer I am bummed and pissed my body wasn't healed enough to sustain. So kids... getting old sucks... 50+ yrs old and spinal surgery don't mix for shooting an epic hardcore show like this. BUT! I will be back for Bayway and Death Before Dishonor... just don't crowd kill this OG while I am healing... Stay stupid!
