Privacy Policy for Guru Lax Stats

Guru Lax Stats ("the App") is developed by Guru Lax, a Rag Media subsidiary ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

Summary

The App does not have a server or backend of any kind. All game data, statistics, and settings you enter stay on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information with anyone, including us.

Information You Provide

The App lets you optionally enter team and contact details in its Settings screen (team name, first and last name, email address, and mailing address). This information is stored only in the App's local storage on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and we have no access to it.

Game and Statistics Data

Games, events, jersey numbers, and all statistics you record in the App are stored only in the App's local storage on your device. This data is never transmitted anywhere. You can export it yourself as a CSV file using the App's built-in export feature, which uses the standard iOS share sheet under your control.

Sign in with Apple

The App uses Sign in with Apple solely to gate access to the App on your device. The identifier Apple provides is stored locally on your device to keep you signed in between launches; it is never sent to us or to any server, because the App has none. You can sign out at any time from the App's Settings screen, which clears this identifier from your device. Apple's own handling of your Apple ID is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not this one.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The App does not use analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking technologies of any kind. It does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any information to third parties, because we do not collect or receive any information from the App in the first place.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data described above lives only on your device for as long as the App is installed. To delete it, delete the App from your device, or clear individual games and settings from within the App itself. Signing out clears your local Sign in with Apple session but does not delete your games or stats.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for coaches, players, and teams tracking lacrosse statistics and is not directed at children under 13. Because the App collects no information from any user, it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
